I'm a Quaintrelle

I enjoy learning new words, or in this case, learning obscure old words.

I like to think that I show passion in my life.

My leisure time allows me to take the time to style charming photos,

play with flowers until I get a bouquet just right,

and add quaint little touches

 here and there

throughout the house.

Now, it is time for this quaintrelle to cultivate one of life's little pleasures and take a walk on the beach.

How about you, are you a quaintrelle?

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

  1. Where did you find that delicious word? I love that it starts with "quaint" like the quaint word it is! I'm not sure I am one, but I seriously love that blue pot with the colorful flowers - and all the others pictures. I also love that you're a teacher and you have so many means of making words ;)

  9. Your photos show delightful scenes, and I like the word you share. I gather new words too, from favorite authors like Anthony Trollope and Proust and current British mystery authors.

  19. Its always beautiful here as for being a quaintrelle, yes me too!
Being a gatherer of words I sort them in my head and with pictures that play out in daily life words just appear....
As they do with you and the soulful sea beauty you create as you play with sight words as well.

    Have a beautiful holiday weekend.
