REJUVENATION

I love visiting my daughter in San Francisco.

What KC and I do together is SHOP.

We stopped on Fourth Street in Berkeley before heading into the city on Saturday.

We found a new store - REJUVENATION

and were lured into the store by these signs.

EVERYTHING in the store was great.

It is a good thing I was flying and was traveling only with a backpack - no luggage to stuff full of fun finds.

An old camp ground table beautifully aged reminded me family vacations.

Oh, those jadeite dishes!

And, hanging lamps - perhaps the yellow over my dining room table.

A bottle rack filled with old bottles made into drinking glasses.

Beakers wired together, old tools, vintage stamps.

Vintage baskets full of twine spools, stools and another table aged to perfection.

An oversized ice cream and rusty old fencing for my garden.

Industrial carts and tables filled with vintage odds and ends.

I could spend a fortune in Rejuvenation.

I do not have a fortune and I don't have space.

I settled for a funny little metal bottle opener that looks like a ruler.

KC does not possess a fortune either.

She does have the space.

She chose one of the glasses made from old pop bottles, the CHEERS sign and a red book

and kept her fortune by allowing me to pay.

When I got home, Steve showed me some old rusty metal that we will be rejuvenating.

That's a project for this weekend - can't wait!

That store looks like SO much fun! So many great things. I've never seen so much Jadite (?). I usually only see a piece at a time. So much together in one piece makes it look so much prettier. There are a lot of great pieces in that photo too. Wow!

First of all, I *love* San Francisco. My hubby and I vacationed there for our 25th anniversary a few years ago. What a great city! Wonder if that store was around when we were there? If so, I missed it. Maybe a good thing I did - I could've bought just about everything in there! (Well, if money wasn't a factor, lol.)

That store is amazing, it just makes you think about all the stuff that can be rejuvenated. I sometimes wish I had more vision.

So nice of you to take us along on your shopping spree. So many gorgeous finds, too bad you could only look, but I love looking and finding inspiration, too. A fabulous store. Thanks for linking.

Hi there Carol!

What a great shop! I love Berkeley and had the chance to visit there about four years ago while visiting family. We were treated to an afternoon at THE TAIL OF THE YAK. Have you heard of it? It's a fun store with artsy paper and vintage finds. It's great to see your comment and to know YOU ARE READY for our France party! I'm taking Friday off from working to get the post up and running in the morning and start visiting everyone! I too have had my launch off post ready for several days. I hope you enjoy visiting others and seeing comments on your post; I'm sure it will be FABULEUX!

Have a great evening, Anita

I want to go shopping with y'all!!! One of my favorite stores in the world is in San Francisco. Its called Bel'Occhio, and it's on Brady Street, I think....

I have a friend with a huge island in her kitchen, and she has a large bottle rack on it with tons of coffee mugs. I love those things!

I am wondering if this is the lighting store that I receive emails from??? If it is...I had no idea that they had so much in the way of amazing vintage pieces for the home!!!! I loved every shot! I could have walked home with the whole store! Amazing!!!

What yummy-looking eye candy. Rusty and crusty. Love the wire baskets. I would love to visit this store---but I live in Alabama! Guess I'll save a fortune, too. Saw your link at WOW.

What a great store, I could have spent a lot there too. I have the space but trying to rid myself of so much stuff. Again our trips were similar, my daughter allowed me to pay too when we went shopping! Have a great weekend, Laura
